CORPORATE teams are gearing up for the much-anticipated Corporate Challenge, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, with organisers promising a revamped and more exhilarating experience.

The 2025 edition is set to take place on 3 October at Maseru Mall.

Marking a decade of fostering corporate camaraderie, innovation, and healthy competition, this milestone edition promises to be the most exciting yet.

This milestone anniversary is set to further cement the Corporate Challenge as a pivotal platform for professional growth, networking, and community building in Lesotho.

Organised by Lipuo Events, the challenge has grown significantly over the past 10 years, becoming a staple in Lesotho’s corporate calendar.

With just M3400, a team of five gains entry into the competition.

Lipuo Events Director, Mamphono Khaketla, expressed her excitement about this year’s celebration, emphasising that the event will be “bigger and better“ in honour of its 10th anniversary.

She highlighted that several enhancements have been planned to improve the experience for both participants and attendees.

“One of the key features introduced this year is the VIP section, exclusively reserved for management and senior executives across various sectors,” Dr Khaketla said.

“This premium area aims to provide a more comfortable and exclusive environment for high-level networking, allowing leaders to connect and share insights in a relaxed setting.”

Dr Khaketla said the addition aligns with the event’s broader goal of fostering stronger business relationships and collaboration among top-tier professionals.

In response to popular demand, a long-requested after-party is also planned to conclude the day’s events. However, details regarding the format and logistics of the celebration are still under discussion with the host, Maseru Mall.

The after-party is expected to provide a festive conclusion to the day’s competitions, offering participants and guests an opportunity to unwind and network in a more casual setting.

The Corporate Challenge has historically attracted a diverse range of participants from sectors such as finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and government.

It typically features a variety of competitions, including team-building exercises, sports obstacles, and skill-based challenges, designed to promote teamwork, leadership, and innovation.
