MASERU — The new up-market Golf Course Estates in Old Europa is complete and ready for occupation, the Sunday Express has learnt.
The complex has six residential flats going for M3.8 million each.
The project is a partnership between the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) and private firm, Lesotho Steel Products through development company Delves Property Investment.
Delves Property Investment announced during a tour of the complex on Wednesday that the new flats were now ready for occupation.
Nedbank Lesotho provided funding for the housing project.
“The houses will be handed over to the owners towards the end of August,” the developers said in a statement.
Golf Course Estates is only a few kilometres from the city and is situated directly opposite the Maseru Golf Course.
Delves Property Investment said they were working on another residential project, Kingsway 257, near the United States Embassy in Maseru.
The project, which houses 32 residences, is expected to be finished towards the end of September.
