She has also shown interest in tourism, handicrafts food and photography.
Refiloe told the Xpress People that she has been working with teenage mothers from Good Shepard Centre located in Sehlabeng Maseru to generate income.
“I have been working on different projects with teen mothers after realizing that there are several of them who are not working and do not have any income,” Refiloe said.
“I have also been working with the Ministry of Tourism to invent selfie spots which will help market the country to tourists.”
Miss Heritage Global Lesotho Director, Rorisang Motlomelo, said Lesotho Beauty Pageant Association decided to form a consortium to enrich the industry to go beyond the looks of models.
“With miss heritage we want to talk to heritage and tourism and celebrate our culture and diversity while at the same time conserving our culture and sharing it with nations,” Motlomelo said.
