MASERU — Ultimate Radio show anchor Tello ‘Dallas T’ Leballo will host a musical picnic at Felleng’s Blooming Place on Saturday. According to Leballo, the show is a build-up to the third annual music fiesta hosted with the aim of showcasing local talent. “This is actually a build-up to the thirdannual main event that we normally host towards the end of November,” Leballo told Express People on Thursday.

“The main show is aimed at enhancing local talent by presenting it to the rest of the world. “We have already held quite a number of build-up shows in different districts and the last one will be at Success Filling Station on November 9. “We randomly select the best performers of this country then team them up with the event’s main acts who are normally from other countries.

“Our main act this year is Zeus.” Born Game Goabaone Bantsi 27 years ago, Zeus is a Motswana Hip Hop artiste and businessman. His debut album Freshly Baked was released in 2008 and featured hits like Gijima and Back In The Days.

Leballo also said the show will also be the introduction of the Face of KO Family. “There will be forty beauties addressing the masses and convincing them to vote for them through the SMS line we have given out.” The KO Family is a movement that was initiated as a Facebook group with the intention of socialising, events updates, charity campaigns and youth dissemination.

It was inspired by radio show The Knock-off which airs on Ultimate FM from 3 to 6pm on weekdays. The main event is scheduled for November 23 at Palace Hotel where the winner of Face of KO Family will also be announced.
