- Visualize your body, on this very day next year, make a small note of what you foresee and be brave enough to stick it on your fridge or anywhere you can see it every day. Knowing that your household knows this goal will push you towards it. Yes, they are involved in your journey now, but don’t forget this is your fitness journey, you are the star here, and you make the rules, no one else.
- Surround yourself with the most positive support system, only those who know your goals, those who walk the road with you, those you trust to help you up if you fall along the way. You definitely do not need that friend in your life who orders deep fried potato chips when you order a salad, you at least need that one who eats the salad with you and waits for you to leave to then order the potato chips.
- Tell yourself countless times that you will do whatever it takes to achieve your goal, regardless the circumstances along the way; that you will always be your first and last motivation to go forward. No matter how much support you have from your friends and family, be the person who convinces you more, the one whose promises you never break. 4. Overcome your fears of success; No! You won’t look sick if you lose this extra fat, you will feel and look younger. No mam! You won’t look like a man if you gain extra muscle, you will feel and look fit.
